About Arca Mental Health
The practitioners at Arca Mental Health provide medication management and therapy services to clients across the lifespan. We focus on holistic mental health healing and quality care. All patients are encouraged to take charge of their mental health. Practitioners will help identify diagnoses, talk them over with patients, encourage questions, and offer potential therapeutic solutions. All plans are individualized and the goal is for patient and practitioner to work as a team for the best possible outcome.

Bio
Andrea’s clinical interests include: trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship issues. She combines her education in neuroscience with her education in nursing to provide an evidence based, yet holistic approach to patient care. She believes that patients should have a good understanding of medications they are taking, provides thorough education, and encourages questions. Andrea can provide medication management as well as evidence-based therapies including: cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
