Correspondence

Andrea - hours of operation:

  • Monday and Thursday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

  • Tuesday and Wednesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Amanda -  hours of operation:

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Grace -  hours of operation:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

  • Some Saturdays (See "Scheduling" for availability)

Emails, calls, and texts will be returned during business hours by your clinician and within approximately one business day. Correspondences will not be returned on weekends unless there is an emergency.

Emergencies

If there is an emergency, and you need to speak with your clinician immediately, please call and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  However, we cannot provide crisis, urgent, or emergency services.  In the event of a true psychiatric or medical emergency, please dial 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact crisis intervention services.

 

All other emails, texts, and calls will be returned during normal business hours.
 

Texting

Texting is only used for the following:

  • Asking for a refill

  • Letting us know you will be late to an appointment

 

All other correspondences should be through email or phone.  If there is an emergency, please call or dial 911.  Texts will not be responded to on weekends.  

Refills

Medications can only be refilled during normal business hours.  Refill requests on weekends will be filled the following Monday or non-holiday business day.


Evaluations are required to change medication dosages or change medications.  Evaluations are required in order to obtain a refill.  In emergency cases, prescriptions will be provided until your next appointment.


If 6 months or more have passed without an evaluation, you will be marked inactive.  If inactive, you will no longer be considered a patient and you will be discharged.

Compliance with medications

It is required that you take your medications as prescribed. Mistakes happen! However, purposeful non-compliance will result in termination from further care and you will be discharged.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are as scheduled.  Please show up on time.  If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to a 30 minute appointment or more than 30 minutes late to an hour appointment, the missed appointment fee of $75 will apply.  You will not be seen for this appointment.  

If you need to cancel, please give 24 hour notice to avoid the missed appointment fee of $75.

 

There are no charge for accidents, emergencies, or sickness.

 

If more than 3 appointments are missed (not counting emergencies), you will unfortunately be discharged.

Fees and Rates

All co-payments or payments are due at time of service.  Cash, check, or credit card are all accepted.

 

Phone appointments are not covered by insurance and require an out of pocket cost.  Phone call appointments are billed the same as self-pay rates (to be discussed with your clinician).

New Patients

Please fill out the required intake form.  Based on the form, we will determine if we may be a good match for care.  Please note that we do not specialize in every diagnosis.  

 

If information is revealed during sessions that indicates that we may not be a good fit, we will provide a referral or suggestions for care with someone who carries that specialization to the best of our ability.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee placement at another facility.  

 

Please be aware that an intake appointment does not guarantee further care.
